Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Information:

Depending on stock, we strive to dispatch all products 24 hours from receiving your order. Each and every item is completely insured during transit. In the case of delays during peak and sale times, you will be updated by us on the fulfilment process and our courier partner on the location of your delivery.

2.A Within the order process all delivery charges are a separate compulsory agreement.

2.B Caber Golf is willing to arrange third party collections.

2.C The transaction must be completely matched and verified if your first placed order is required to be delivered to a different address.

2.D Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays.

2.E Standard delivery is estimated to arrive within 2-3 working days of items being despatched.

2.F Royal Mail 24 delivery is estimated to arrive within 1 working day of items being despatched.

Delivery Schedule:

If a customer is not present or no-one is able to sign for the parcel at the delivery address, the courier will try the nearest neighbour. If this is also not possible, the courier will make a further attempt to deliver the parcel the following working day. If any more failed deliveries occur, the parcel will be returned to the courier’s depot and will be held for three days waiting for the customer to collect it.

2.G An additional delivery will be charged to the customer if the parcel is returned to us by the courier and a re-delivery is requested by the customer.

2.H A courier dispatch and return fee of £20 will be charged if a parcel is refused by the customer.

2.I A courier shipping cost will be incurred by the customer to the value of £10, which will be taken from the refund amount if a customer decides to cancel the order due to a deadline not met and after a failed deliver attempt where the customer has not been there to sign for the delivery.

2.J In the case of a package being damaged or if you believe your parcel has been altered, please inform the driver of this and sign for the parcel as damaged when receiving your delivery.

2.K Shortages or damages must be reported in the next 48 hours of the parcel being signed for.

2.L By customers authorising a delivery to a neighbour that is to be signed for by them, they do so at their own risk.

2.M While deliveries are in dispute or under courier investigation (this can take up to 15 working days to resolve), no alternative products or refunds can be authorised until the courier investigation is completed.

2.N By customers requesting, that their delivery is left in a safe place, they do so at their own risk. Orders placed with Caber Golf require a signature of receipt upon delivery with the driver to verify possible claims.

Exchanges & Returns

Returns Policy:

All items can be returned corresponding to our Return Policy. You can return your items to us for an exchange or credit note within 21 days after receiving your delivery receipt. Please use our Contact Us page to start the process.

4.A Customers may not be given a same day solution to their requirements if they return items in person to our warehouse without contacting the returns department.

4.B All returned items must be in the exact same condition as received including all labels attached and in original packaging, as they must be fully examined.

4.C If an item given back to us is not in a resalable condition, it will be returned back to the customer at their own cost.

4.D The buyer must pay for shipping back to Caber Golf or Caber Golf will arrange a collection for a £10 charge if a product is ordered correctly via our website but a mistake has been made on the customer’s end.

4.E If Caber Golf ship an item which does not match with the customer’s order, Caber Golf is responsible for collecting and changing the product or refund if necessary. Please use our contact us page to inform us.

Conditions for Refunds, Credit Notes or Exchanges:

4.F You have 21 days (including weekends and bank holidays) from your receipt of order to return any items.

4.G Please fill out the form on our contact us page. Input your order number and email address used to create your account. Include the products you would like to return and whether you would like credit note or an exchange.

4.F The policies solely apply to the original purchase and the original price paid.

4.G Items returned to us which are found to have been used or damaged will not be accepted and the return will be rejected. You will be notified via email in this case. The purchaser is responsible to have the items subject to a refund refusal under these conditions redelivered, otherwise they will be destroyed.

4.H If a returned good has been purchased on a gift certificate or credit note, it will only be allocated a credit note.

4.I Customers are responsible for all postal charges, hence why we recommend using a registered service with the option to track your return. We will advise on recommended services during the returns process.

4.J Please send an email to [email protected] if you would rather receive an exchange or credit note. It may take up to five working days for us to respond. After the return has been approved via email, an instruction on how to return the product will be given. It will take up to 10 working days for the returned items to be processed and refunded. Faulty Goods:

5.A We will provide a courier service or courier collection service if you have received any faulty items.

5.B We will deliver the replacement on an express service at our own cost after receiving the faulty item.

5.C Please visit our Contact Us page in the unlikely event that you received a faulty or incorrect item and complete the form. Do not send the item back until you have been contacted by member of our customer service team.

5.D Faulty or incorrect items received must be reported to the customer support team within seven days.

Some of our products are athletic fit so it is important that you use the relevant size chart for guidance.

Delivery

We may use different courier services for different products and orders.

We mainly use Yodel or Royal Mail.

All of our deliveries are tracked and require a signature from the customer.

You will be informed of your tracking number when your items have been shipped.

Our standard delivery option is estimated to arrive within 2-3 working days after the items have been dispatched.

We offer Royal Mail 24 delivery option. This is estimated to arrive within 1 working day after the items have been dispatched.

Our standard delivery service is £4.99.

Royal Mail 24 delivery service is £6.99.

Returns

In the unlikely event that there are any issues with the products you have received from us, please complete the from on our contact us page and we will advise you of the procedure.

Items must be returned in their original condition.
