Purchasing Items:
After browsing our online store and adding all items you would like to buy, continue to checkout where you may fill in the required details to complete your order.
All debit, credit and American Express cards are accepted. Paypal is also available to use at checkout. We can take payment for items which have been ordered or backordered. Special order items are charged, reserved and awaiting arrival to our goods in department. After your order has been delivered to us we check the items and they are then dispatched. 1.A Confirmation of order shows that your order has been received. We collect your payment, yet it is held as a deposit against the placed order until shipping is in process. 1.B Changes to placed orders are only accepted by email and are based on the terms and conditions. You will be notified as soon as possible during our business hours that we have received your email. Online orders which have been shipped or picked and packed, or items on back order are not able to be changed. We strive to always make changes wherever and whenever it is possible.
1.C If the transaction details on your first purchase do not fully match and therefore cannot be verified, we will contact you if you choose a different delivery address to the cardholders matching address. The full name of business, a delivery contact name and landline telephone number are needed if the differing delivery address is a work place. For private addresses, a landline number, proof of identity including the full name address of the recipient from any bill or statement is necessary.
